Delivery times/shipping
Many of you will probably be wondering why our delivery times are set so high.
We have to say that we do this part-time and have a very large number of requests.
Since we also process individual requests and keep our website and Facebook page up to date, we have somewhat longer delivery times.
Everything we make is made with love and passion for you and your loved ones, but of course this takes time.
Of course, your patience is worth it, because in the end you will have a really great and lovingly made product from us at home.
In addition, we, as a Hoppel workshop, would like to put our quality assurance under each individual product, as we set ourselves high standards in terms of statics and quality.

- For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply which are not included in the total price displayed.

Standard shipping costs Austria depending on shipping weight from 15,00 - 30,00€
Standard shipping costs currently no delivery to Switzerland*
Germany depending on shipping weight from 5,00€ - 15,00€

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Switzerland. However, we never know what the future will bring and it is quite possible that we will expand our shipping to other countries. We want to ensure that our customers worldwide can benefit from our species-appropriate enclosure elements and accessories.
However, for our customers in Switzerland, we have had very good experiences with German packing stations. An example of this is the "Las Burg" or "Swiss Paket" packing station. These packing stations offer a convenient and reliable way to have your orders delivered there.
If you have a German delivery address or access to a Packstation such as "Las Burg" or "Swiss Paket", you can still benefit from our shipping service. We always strive to offer our customers the best possible service and will keep you informed of any possible changes regarding shipping to Switzerland.
