Questions about shipping

When is shipping free? +
For orders over €90 within Germany, shipping is completely free. Below that, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.00 via DHL.
When will my order be shipped? +
We only ship from Monday to Friday. Shipping is suspended on weekends and public holidays. As soon as your package has been handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Are there additional costs for international shipping? +
For deliveries abroad, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed purchase price. These are levied directly by the respective country and are beyond our control.
Can I have my order urgently? +
Since all wooden products are handcrafted only after your order, delivery times unfortunately cannot be significantly shortened. For particularly urgent requests, please contact us – we will see what is possible together. For stock items like Dimikro, significantly shorter delivery times are possible.
I live in another country – can I still order? +
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. If you live in another country, please send us an email to info@hoppel-werkstatt.de – we will check if shipping is possible.
