🫙 Important: Always place a glass of water in the microwave with it! This prevents the cherry pits from drying out and potentially catching fire.

• Warm the cushion at approx. 100–200 watts in 1-minute intervals.

• Remove and knead after each interval – this ensures even warming.

• Not warm enough yet? Shake briefly and warm for another minute.

• Preheat oven to 50–60 °C.

• Place cushion on a baking tray or heat-resistant surface.

• Turn every few minutes for even warming.

• The desired temperature is reached after approx. 10–15 minutes. Do not leave in for too long!

• Place the cherry pit cushion in a sealed bag in the freezer for several hours.

• The bag prevents the cushion from absorbing foreign odors.

• Wait until the desired cooling temperature is reached – then place it in the mattress. 🐇

• Only wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C.

• Always use a laundry net! If a seam comes undone, the cherry pits will be contained and the washing machine protected.

• The mattress itself can be washed at a regular 60°C.

🔥 Cherry pit cushions can catch fire if heated for too long or too hot. Always keep an eye on the cushion while warming it!

👶 Children should never attempt warming unsupervised!
